For over 10 days now, several players have been experiencing serious issues when entering the server: the game freezes when trying to create or join a room, send messages in the global channel, or even access the avatar shop—the screen doesn’t even load properly before the game shuts down.
This issue was apparently identified by the player with the nickname "ALLY" together with a GM named C4str0. Today is July 11, 2025, and tomorrow marks exactly 30 days since the game’s launch on June 12. Unfortunately, the game's current state is disappointing. Not even my grandmother with Alzheimer’s would make the kind of basic mistakes your marketing and development teams are making.
I am not the only one facing these problems—many players are. This includes those who contributed significantly during the pre-launch, with top donations reaching R$1,200 (approximately $215 USD), plus a 0.85% IOF tax.
Despite this, the support and development teams have failed to provide any response. This bug has persisted for over 7 days, and no one has managed to fix what seems to be a simple communication failure between the account and the server.
Worse still is the negligence shown by the lack of active support. The only person making an effort is CM Boomer on Discord, who does his best to help the community. But everything he hears, he simply passes on to the responsible team—who then do absolutely nothing. It's clear they couldn’t care less about the users, including those who invested real money believing in the nostalgic revival of a classic game from the dial-up internet and LAN house era.
I express here my disappointment and embarrassment for having believed in a company that doesn’t even do the basics to keep its game running. Take responsibility and do your jobs. Release an update or provide a patch that players with these issues can install to restore normal gameplay.
We just want to play. Be professionals. Be an example. Work.
